So Much Wine, So Little Time.

The thing that I love about wine isn't the taste per se, it's the nuance of a hand crafted, and sometimes corporate crafted, beverage. It's about the small differences in color, it's about the differences in smell, and it's about the differences in taste. It's about the labor of love by the Vintner, the Oenologist, the pourer and everybody else involved. It's about the vineyard, the barrel rooms, and the tasting room. It's about owners, it's about the staff, and it's about the people drinking the wine. It's about the setting, the moment, and the stories shared. It's about you, it's about me, and it's about us. It's about yesterday, it's about tomorrow, and it's about now. Cheers to you and yours and us and now.
